What’s the catch? 

Stay Bungalow is 100% complimentary for our invited members.  No cost.  No sales.  No Branding within the home.  The only obligation is to download our mobile application as your key to the home.  The mobile app will serve as your personal tour guide during your stay.

Members must submit a form of payment at time of booking for our security deposit and late cancellation. There will be no charge unless damage occurs during your stay or a late cancel/no show occurs.  Please see our policies here.

What is the Stay Bungalow Mobile Application?

Members will be given access to the mobile app 2 weeks prior to their stay.  The app is your key to enter the home, it must be downloaded prior to stay.

The application is your personal guide to everything in the home.  You can search by room or product type then have the ability to save products and brands you enjoy to your personal library.  Saving a product to your library starts a relationship with the brand.

Guests can watch engaging videos about each location in the home and the design vision behind each including the state of the art building science techniques and mechanical designs.

There are selected products that have interactive augmented reality experiences that guests can activate by holding their phone over the designated markers.

I have booked my stay, what is next?

Congratulations, an epic experience is waiting for you!

14 days prior to arrival our concierge team will reach out to you via email with your mobile app login information.  This will allow you access to the home and have all the information you need throughout your stay, including an in-app concierge chat feature.

Our concierge will be reaching out via email 2 weeks prior to your stay to make desired dining reservations and ensure we have everything prepared for your stay.

How do I become a member of Stay Bungalow?

An exclusive list of industry leaders received invitations to become members of Stay Bungalow.  Please fill out a request form here if you would like to be considered.

How do I book my stay?

Invited members will receive a personalized invitation that includes their unique member number to log in to the booking portal.

If you have lost or misplaced your member number, please reach out to conceige@staybungalow.com to retrieve your login information.

Reservations are first come first serve, so book quickly to reserve your 2 night stay.

What are Bungalow Experiences?

Bungalow experiences are curated by select Brands within each home.  Members have the opportunity during booking to select to participate in all or no experiences during their stay.  We highly encourage our members to take part in each experience to enrich their stay.

What happens after I stay?

We hope you enjoyed your stay with us and had the opportunity to learn and explore everything the home had to offer!

Once your stay has concluded, you will only have access to the products you have added to your personal library so we encourage you to save and unlock all products that you enjoyed.

We encourage you to fill out our short questionnaire you will receive upon check out.  We want to hear from you to continue to improve each Bungalow experience.
