During your stay, the Stay Bungalow mobile application is your personal guide to everything in the home. You can search by room or product type and have the ability to “Unlock” products you enjoy and save them your personal library. Members can watch engaging videos about each location in the home and the design vision behind each including the state of the art building science techniques and mechanical designs.

There are select products that have interactive augmented reality experiences that guests can activate by holding their phone over the designated markers.

Members are required to download the Bungalow App on their mobile device prior to their say. Property access codes will be provided by our concierge via the in-app chat feature.

Bungalow Experiences

Each property has tailored Brand curated experiences designed specifically around the products themselves.  During booking, members will have the opportunity to select which experiences they would like to participate in during their stay.  All experiences are 100% complimentary.  We highly encourage our Members to take part in these exclusive add-ons.
 
Member’s selected experiences can be accessed during their stay via the Bungalow App Itinerary.

Booking Timeline

Confirm Booking

Prepare for your Stay:

2 weeks prior to stay: Our concierge team will email you to assist in making desired Austin dining reservations and to provide member log in access to the Bungalow App.  Reservations will automatically be included in your personal in-app itinerary.
 
1 day prior to stay:  The Concierge will provide the property access code via the in-app chat feature.  We will confirm you have received it to ensure smooth access.
