2 weeks prior to stay: Our concierge team will email your member log in access to the Stay Bungalow Mobile Application and ensure you have everything you need for your upcoming stay.
1 day prior to stay: The concierge will send the property access code via the in-app chat feature. We will confirm you have received it to ensure smooth access to the property.
